What to expect?
The course of therapy is unique to each individual. There are circumstances in which therapy is short-term and focused on a specific goal. Other times, the course of therapy requires a deeper exploration of one's personal life, and the goals are more far-reaching. Thus, I do not prescribe a set number of sessions, and we determine the course of therapy and therapeutic goals collaboratively. Therapy sessions are typically scheduled once per week, with the possibility of twice-weekly sessions if indicated.
